Orphanage offers hope to youngsters

In October 2010, the Hope of Life Orphanage started its life in a rented building with five children.

Three more children were to join the orphanage in 2012, and in May 2013, all eight children moved into a new purpose-built orphanage that had been constructed by Aim for Change.

This year, two more small boys have joined them. A school attached to the orphanage is now open.

This building has facilities to care for many more children.  A playground, chicken project and fresh water well have also been provided for the orphanage. In addition, the fresh water is piped to the exterior of the orphanage for use by the local community.
